Back stability exercises Part II


These dynamic stretches are designed to increase the range of motion for active workers. As always do not do any stretching exercise that will cause personal physical harm or run counter to the advice of a health care provider.

These are advanced back stability exercises. Work up the repetitions slowly and in consultation with a physical therapist to assure that the technique is correct.
